We can only offer an exchange or refund for damaged or defective items. We cannot offer an exchange or refund where items have not been cared for.
Non-perishable items e.g. Pots, Gifts, Potting Media, have a return window of 30 days. If over 30 days have passed since you purchased your item/s unfortunately we cannot offer an exchange or refund.
Perishable Items e.g. Plants or Root Cuttings, have a return window of 14 days. If over 14 days have passed since you purchased your item/s unfortunately we cannot offer an exchange or refund.
If your product arrives damaged or broken please make sure to take a picture and contact us straight away.
ORGANISING YOUR RETURN
Contact us using the form below to organise an Exchange or Refund. We will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.
Once your return request has been reviewed and accepted we will issue you with a prepaid return label. You must return the item in its original packaging and in the condition it arrived in.
